Procurement for interior design studios

Procurement management for interior designers.

You select the furniture, fixtures and equipment. Bridge manages the purchasing details from approved selections through delivery coordination.

Your design. Your client. Our coordination.

What you receive

Clear records. Managed orders.

For your designer-approved selections, Bridge provides:

Your studio controls selections, approves purchases and pays vendors directly.

Bridge provides management only: no design, sourcing, specification development, resale, holding client funds, warehousing or physical installation.

Installation add-ons

Add installation support if needed.

Remote installation coordination

A coordinated installation schedule, readiness checks and issue or punch-list tracking, managed remotely for an agreed installation window.

On-site installation management

On-site coordination of the installation plan and service partners, with issue tracking and punch-list follow-through for an agreed number of days.

Both options coordinate the work of your service partners; they do not include physical installation.

How it works

How we work together.

01

Share your project

Have your approved selections, vendor quotes, purchase budget and target dates ready to share.

02

Agree on the work

Confirm the scope, fee, schedule and communication arrangements with Desiree before work begins.

03

Approve and stay involved

Review purchase orders, arrange vendor payments and respond to any decisions flagged in your updates.

Transparent pricing

Pricing.

Procurement management is 10–15% of approved merchandise purchases Bridge manages, calculated after vendor discounts and before tax, freight, storage, delivery and physical installation charges.

One agreed rate

We agree on one rate in writing before work begins, based on project complexity, the number of vendors and your schedule.

A simple example

$50,000 in eligible merchandise purchases means a $5,000–$7,500 procurement management fee, before any separately agreed add-ons.

Remote installation coordination and on-site installation management are separately scoped and priced. Travel expenses are extra and agreed separately before booking. Merchandise, tax, freight, receiving, storage, delivery, moving, assembly and physical installation charges are not included in Bridge’s fee.

FAQ

A few things to know.

What happens if an order is delayed or damaged?

Bridge documents the issue, follows up with the vendor and keeps you informed. Vendor and carrier outcomes are outside Bridge’s control.

What if the project scope changes?

We explain additional fees and get your approval before proceeding. Added purchases use your agreed procurement percentage. Repeat purchasing work, added installation phases or days, and work beyond the agreed scope or support period may add fees. Routine follow-up, ordinary delivery updates and a delayed shipment alone do not automatically add a fee.

Are vendor commissions or rebates involved?

Any applicable commission or rebate policy will be disclosed before engagement. These business terms are confirmed with your scope.
